TBI have an enviable fabrication facility providing welding of mild steel, aluminium and stainless-steel components. Offering manual and robotic MIG welding along with TIG welding and a comprehensive dressing service as part of its fabrication service. This allows fabrications to be finished to a high standard and the facilities are particularly suited to light and medium fabrications in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
In addition to the 30 + dedicated welding bays and Robot Welding Cells that TBI offer we have in house capability to design and manufacture all our welding jigs and fixtures.
Ensuring continual adherence to numerous dedicated customer standards and International Certification bodies TBI has a resident CSWIP Approved Weld Engineer.
With the vast majority of all welded and fabricated components that TBI manufacture being painted by our in-house facility we recognise the needs for cleanliness and fettling.
Completed products therefore undergo a stringent fettling and shot blasting process prior to powder application.
