TBI have extensive experience in pre-treat and powder coating having been offering the in-house facility for over a decade. In accordance with the business’s strategy of continual investment, the decision was made to acquire a bespoke fully automated three stage pre-treatment and paint delivery system which was installed and commissioned in February 2019.
In line with our QMS, regular documented monitoring of the system ensures consistent and continual performance and quality.
The pre-treatment and paint process has been certified to give a minimum of 1000hrs salt spray resistance.
Prior to despatch all product passes through our dedicated PDI areas.
This enables TBI personnel to complete all required documentation in accordance with customer and shipping agent requirements.
In addition to these checks additional post-paint assembly operations are completed.
